Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy explains what information Tomorrowstravelventure (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit tomorrowstravelventure.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as we need to run the site.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, the subject you choose and your message. When you sign up for our newsletter, the sign-up form collects your email address and any other details the form asks for.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and service providers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, the page that referred you and the time of your visit.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We and our partners use them to measure how the site is used and to deliver advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some ads may be less relevant.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which stories people read and how they find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device information. We use this data in aggregate. You can learn how Google uses data at Google's partner sites page, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising through Revive Adserver
Ads on this site are delivered through Revive Adserver, served from servedby.revive-adserver.net. The ad server may set cookies or read technical data to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad and count impressions and clicks. Advertisers whose ads appear here may use their own cookies when you click through to their sites, under their own privacy policies.
Newsletter form provider
Our newsletter sign-up form is provided by Sphere CRM (link.sphere-crm.com) and loads inside an embedded frame. Information you enter is processed by that provider on our behalf to manage the mailing list. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.
Live headlines and third-party links
Some pages show headlines from other travel publications. Those headlines are fetched by our own server, so your browser doesn't contact those publishers until you click a link. Once you leave our site, the other site's privacy policy applies. We're not responsible for how other sites handle your data.
How we use information
We use information to answer your messages, send the newsletter you asked for, understand what readers find useful, keep the site secure and support the advertising that pays for it. We don't sell your personal information for money.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to respond and keep reasonable records. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you're a California resident, the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, and not to be treated differently for using these rights.
Residents of other places may have similar rights under local law. To make a request, use the contact details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Children
This site is written for adults planning travel. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
